At Headwater Hats we weave stories.

First, we tell the story of the fashion hat industry of the 18th and early 19th century which was responsible for severely degrading the rivers of Europe and North America. Next, we weave in our story of creating unique hand-woven biodegradable hat bands that help support the restoration work being undertaken to heal our headwaters streams. Finally, we weave in the magic that we encourage our wearers to find when they encircle their heads with customizable plant medicines.
